Award contracted with the City of Lynnwood to improve conditions for vehicles and pedestrians in this busy urban center. The work involved removal and repair of existing pavement, reconstruction of curb, gutter, and sidewalk, ADA compliant curb ramps, channelization, and pedestrian signal upgrades.
